Bad Weather Services Arrangement:
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued
Due to the typhoon and bad weather, our delivery service will be temporarily closed and suspended until lower typhoon signal is replaced. Customers will receive a call later on of the new arrangement. When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued
Due to the bad weather, our delivery service will be temporarily closed and suspended until black rainstorm warning cancelled. Due to the weather conditions for the day to make arrangements, customers will receive a call later on of the new arrangement.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered or cancelled
If the signal is lowered or cancelled at or before 12:00 p.m., our delivery service will be resumed in 2 hours after the signal is cancelled. Some services may be delayed
If the signal is lowered or cancelled after 2:00 p.m., our delivery service will remain suspended and will be resumed on the next day.
- Order Information
- Please be noted that all our pre-order must be placed 2 days in advance. We may not be able to take orders for next days.
- Once an order has been placed, no cancellation or changes will be accepted and any sums of money paid by the customer will not be refunded unless otherwise specified or agreed by us.
- The order will be void if customer does not pick up on the designated date. No refund will be made.
- In order to maintain the quality of the food, the food is delivered directly by courier from the cake workshop, or self-pick up at our store and advise to put it in the refrigerator immediately.
- Due to factors such as shooting light or personal computer display, there may be color difference, and the cake and photos may be slightly different. All pictures and product colors on the website are for reference only.
- If any fruits and decorations on the product may be subject to slight changes or changes due to seasons and supply without prior notice.
- Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- In case of dispute, Romanova Bakery reserves the rights of final decision
